Credit Card Bond Requirement

A valid credit card is required at or before check-in. This card will remain on file for the duration of your stay and may be used to cover any damages, missing items, excess cleaning, or unpaid charges.
Reservations & Payments

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival.

Bookings are confirmed once funds have cleared.

Payment methods: bank card (Visa/Mastercard only – surcharge applies) or direct deposit.
Arrival & Departure

Check-in: From 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out: By 10am on the day of departure.

Early or Late check-in or check-out may be possible on request.

On departure, please: lock doors and windows, switch off all lights/appliances, remove rubbish to the outside bins, clear fridge, load dishwasher, and leave towels in bathrooms.
Guest Numbers & Use of Property

Sea Breeze is for the enjoyment of paying guests only. The number of people staying must not exceed what was agreed at the time of booking. The property is not to be used for parties, functions, or large gatherings. Quiet enjoyment for neighbours is essential.
Pets

Unless specifically approved, pets are not permitted.
Cancellations

More than 5 days before arrival: full refund of deposit (less $55 admin fee).

Within 4 days: 100% of tariff forfeited.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Care of the Property
Guests are expected to treat Sea Breeze with care. Charges may apply for:

Damage, breakages, or missing items.

Excessive cleaning or rubbish removal.

Lost keys, remotes, or lock changes.
-
Misuse of outdoor facilities.
Noise & Conduct

Please be mindful of noise and neighbours. No loud music or outdoor noise after 10:30pm. Disturbances, parties, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.
General Notes

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Essential toiletries are not supplied except liquid soap.

Some pantry items are supplied e.g. dried herbs.

Internet and phone coverage may vary – we cannot guarantee connectivity.

Please report any maintenance issues during your stay so we can resolve them promptly.
Indemnity

Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and belongings during their stay. Sea Breeze accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
